We may not be able to physically visit our favorite places right now but we can still go there in our minds. This 2 hour session will consist of 1 hour of mindful, breath-led movement followed by45 mins or so of deep relaxation where we will have physical stillness and muscular relaxation. Allow yourself to be transported to a place of serenity where you can rest in the perfect peace of your own true nature.
