Mindful Movement Class

Join us for a rejuvenating class designed for those who spend long hours at a desk or for those who want to break up the day with some movement. This session blends Pilates and mindfulness to foster a deep mind-body connection while promoting better posture and mobility. Through mindful movement, you'll learn to ground yourself in the present moment, allowing your body to soften and move with grace. Each exhale will deepen your connection, encouraging you to release tension and embrace a more harmonious way of being.

We offer this as a private 45 minute class for companies to offer to their staff. Please get in touch to discuss to option. 

Alternatively you can join our 60 minute public class which runs in 6 week blocks.

Join our 6-week wellness class for just £40, which breaks down to less than £7 per session! Make your purchase below, and you'll receive all the details you need to get started. The class is held on Zoom and the next block commences  Monday 28th July at 5.45pm.

 

Please note that this class focuses on prevention and general wellbeing, so if you have an existing injury, we advise consulting with your doctor or physiotherapist.
