Join me on Sunday 18th April for a nourishing 2 hour, silent retreat via zoom. In this relaxing retreat we will move through a variety of practices including mindful movement, body and breath awareness, loving-kindness and more. We will also share some poetry and inspirational quotes to compliment the practices. This retreat is accessible to all. Take some time for you, to be present and still, to balance and connect with your mind and body in the here and now.
